What is our return policy?

Chloe & Olive gladly accepts returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged pillow covers and dog bed covers (with all tags attached) purchased online at chloeandolive.com for store credit or even exchange within 14 days from date of purchase. The $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the initial 14 day period. A store credit will be applied for any balance due to customer for uneven exchanges. All final sale items, pillow inserts, dog bed inserts and fabric samples are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.


We suggest ordering a fabric swatch / sample if you are unsure about the color or pattern on any of our pillow/dog bed fabric design. 

What is our exchange policy?

Is it easy to return items?

Yes. You'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your items have been received, we will email your store credit notification typically within 1-3 business days. 

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 14 days.
  • Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unused, unwashed with tags attached and original packaging.
  • Sale items, pillow inserts, dog bed inserts and fabrics samples are final sale.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale or sale items.
  • Pillow inserts, dog bed inserts and fabrics samples are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
